Shoppers aren’t the only thing you’ll find at the mall this weekend as Park Plaza hosts two family-focused events.

From 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday (Jan. 20), 26 teams of middle schoolers from around the state show off their projects in the seventh annual Youth Entrepreneur Showcase. Business leaders in the Arkansas community will serve as judges, awarding the best in categories such as marketing and retail booths.

Then from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday (Jan. 21), parents can attend the Magnet School Fair to learn more about options in the Little Rock and Pulaski County School Districts. Principals, district administrators, teachers, parents and other staff will be on hand to answer questions about school programs and extracurriculars, curriculum, schedules, the enrollment process and open registration which kicks off on Saturday.

Throughout the day, families won’t want to miss performances from students who participate in dance, ROTC, orchestra, choir and drama!
