Little Rock Family covergirl and local teacher Vandy Nash was recently named both North Little Rock School District and state Teacher of the Year for the 2009-10 school year.

The January issue of Little Rock Family magazine boasts the beautiful face and family of Vandy Nash, who just so happens to be considered Arkansas' best teacher. For the 2008-09 school year, Nash was honored as the North Little Rock School District Teacher of the Year, and shortly after, as State Teacher of the Year.
