Billed as a “Southern summer celebration,” Tale of Two Farms was held at P. Allen Smith’s Garden Home Retreat and featured a five-star, locally sourced dinner prepared by Chef Joshua Smith of Local Roots, Roanoke’s first farm-to-table restaurant. Dinner was paired with wine from the Murphy family’s Presqu’ile Winery in California. Guests also enjoyed live music and a tour of Smith’s Garden Home Retreat.
