    Join the Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce and Arkansas State University Small Business and Technology Development Center from 1- 4 p.m. Feb. 28 at the Baxter County Library in Mountain Home and learn how you can develop an effective social media marketing strategy for your rural business.

    The instructor will be Christi Wharton, Wharton Internet Marketing.

    Cost is $35 per person, $25 Mountain Home and Norfork Lake Chamber members, $20 for ASU-Mountain Home faculty, staff and students.
