    Get your poetry on at the Rock Town Slam, in which slam artists perform during a friendly competition. Poets are judged on the delivery of written poetry.

    Sign up at the door to perform or come and hear the most exciting poets around.

    Audience members should be aware that poems and performances may contain adult-oriented themes and may include language that might be considered objectionable or offensive.

    The ongoing series will feature performances at 7 p.m. on Jan. 9, Feb. 13 and March 13.
