The University of Central Arkansas Department of Art presents an artist lecture by visiting artist Mario Marzan. Marzan's work explores the shifting, changing and constantly evolving negotiation of geogrpahical spaces in relation to individual and cultural identities and histories. From depictions of vast geographic locations to the intimate rooms of a house under construction, his work maps transient spaces as fluid sites of exchange.
Marzan's work will be on view in UCA's Baum Gallery of Fine Art until February 24.
