    Breakfast lovers head to IHOP for this yearly treat, in which the diner chain gives away free short stacks of their signature buttermilk pancakes all day long. In exchange for the gratis grub, visitors can donate to the Children's Miracle Network; last year, IHOP raised more than $2.5 million for that organization and other local charities.
