  • Description: Our dinners on Acadia's three-tiered patio always last late into the evening, and not just because it's so relaxing sitting underneath the big oak tree and looking out over downtown Hillcrest. The attentive staff makes sure glasses never go dry, and Chef James Hale, who began his culinary career in New Orleans, is genius. Our orange roughy was oh-so-good, and like icing on the cake, was part of the prix fixe, three-course meal Acadia offers on Mondays and Tuesdays.
