Rolex’s Lady “Pearl Master” features a Mother of Pearl face and diamonds decorating the dial and gold bracelet. The 3.5-carat oval sapphire is radiant on this 18-karat white gold ring (bottom left), which also carries 0.6 carats of round diamonds and 0.83 carats of tapered baguettes.
