The central Arkansas March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction was held at the Statehouse Convention Center and featured more than 20 participating chefs. Led by Chef Donnie Ferneau, the chefs prepared signature dishes for guests to enjoy. Dean Debra Fiser was honored as MOD Citizen of the Year, and Jeremy and Crystal Goss received recognition as the central Arkansas Ambassador family. read more >

The Kappa Kappa Gamma Little Rock Alumni Association hosted a literacy program kick-off book drive at Wordsworth Books to benefit Wakefield Elementary School. The drive marked the beginning of a semester-long literacy outreach program the Kappa alums will develop for the third grade classes at Wakefield. read more >
The 14th annual Arkansas Sheriff's Youth Ranches Arkansas Children's Award Dinner honored Wallace Fowler and was held at The Peabody Little Rock's Grand Ballroom. John Freeman, David Gearhart, Jim Guy Tucker and Leslie Wyatt spoke in Fowler's honor. Presenting sponsors were Fowler Foods, Liberty Bank of Arkansas and Lindsey Companies.
