Christopher D. Brockett is an established and knowledgeable tax attorney in the Arkansas legal community, practicing in Little Rock with Richard F. Hatfield and Eugene G. Sayre. In October 2011, Mr. Brockett opened an office in Ozark, Arkansas, to make his legal services available to more Arkansans. Mr. Brockett was first licensed to practice law in Arkansas in 2005, and in the intervening years, he has concentrated his practice in the areas of state and federal tax controversies and litigation, estate and trust litigation, estate planning, corporate and business law and probate matters. Mr. Brockett served as chairman of the Section of Taxation of the Arkansas Bar Association in 2010 and is a member of the Executive Council of the Probate and Trust Section of the Arkansas Bar Association. Mr. Brockett is an adjunct professor at University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where he teaches the advanced courses of partnership taxation and federal income taxation. Mr. Brockett wants to personally thank all of his clients and peers for voting him one of the top tax attorneys in Little Rock for the second straight year.
