Tom Baxter focuses his practice on estate and tax planning, trusts and estates, probate matters, state and local tax matters, as well as general business and corporate taxation. Tom has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Trusts and Estates, for more than ten years and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Super Lawyers since 2006. He serves as a member of the firm's Management Committee, is an Adjunct Professor at the UALR Bowen School of Law, and is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Tom is active in the community and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Arkansas Children's Hospital Board of Directors.
