
Tommy L. Bennett received his undergraduate degree from Arkansas State University and a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Tommy is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Arkansas Bar Association. Tommy is a trained field sobriety test practitioner and instructor, and he is one of only a few lawyers in the state to complete Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) training and the Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) Overview Course for lawyers. In addition to owning several different breath testing devices, Tommy completed the BAC Datamaster certification course and has advanced training in the operation of the Intoximeter EC/IR II. Tommy is a 2009 graduate of the prestigious Trial Lawyer's College taught by renowned lawyer, Gerry Spence, and he was selected as a rising star in the 2011 edition of Mid-South Super Lawyers. As an active DUI College member, he regularly travels across the county for various DWI education seminars. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and supporting the ASU Red Wolves.
