As the ERISA partner of the firm, Broaddrick says, "I really enjoy the challenge of meeting clients and helping them achieve their specific, and often varied, objectives of sponsoring work-place retirement plans, and knowing I play a small role in helping their employees have the ability to save for retirement." Broaddrick's practice primarily focuses on assisting employers with designing, drafting, implementing, and maintaining qualified retirement plans such as profit sharing, 401(k) profit sharing, and pension plans. Other areas of his practice include litigation, stemming from a variety of probate, estate, tax and retirement plan matters handled by the firm. As a native of Little Rock, Danny considers becoming an Eagle Scout and graduating from Catholic High School, under the guidance and instruction of the Msgr. George Tribou, as two of his most meaningful personal achievements before attending college and law school. Danny and his wife of 24 years, Linda, met while in high school. They have twin daughters, Kailey and Kelsey, who both attend Mount St. Mary Academy, Linda's alma mater. When away from the office, Danny enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies include trout fishing, duck hunting and being in the Arkansas outdoors.
