
Christopher D. Brockett has established himself as a knowledgeable tax attorney and has recently been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyer as a rising star in the Arkansas legal community. Christopher attained his license to practice law in Arkansas in 2005. In the six years since, he has established a practice that concentrates in the areas of State and Federal Tax Controversies and Litigation, Estate and Trust Litigation, Estate Planning, Corporate and Business law and Probate matters. Brockett is professionally associated with Hatfield, Sayre & Brockett, where he assists Richard F. Hatfield with probate and trust litigation, and Eugene G. Sayre with Federal and State tax litigation. Mr. Brockett was the first student admitted to the joint JD/LLM degree program at the University of Miami School of Law. He completed his JD and LLM degree programs in only 3 years, and returned to Arkansas to practice law. Mr. Brockett is an adjunct professor at UALR School of Law where he teaches Partnership Taxation and Advanced Federal Income Taxation. Being of considerable talent, focused, determined and a self-starter, Mr. Brockett has a lot to offer the communities with which he is associated.
