Of all the individuals in the Arkansas law community, few have as much experience as attorney Wayne Ball. During his nearly 30 years of law, Ball has served in the United States Air Force, was elected as Municipal Judge of West Fork and served on the City Board of Adjustments in Fayetteville. Ball now focuses on estate planning, asset protection, business succession planning, elder law and Medicaid planning. "I have always believed that people who diligently work to achieve wealth for themselves and their loved ones have a right to protect their wealth," Ball said. "My responsibility is to ensure that right." Ball has co-authored several books including A Practical Guide to Estate Administration in Arkansas, Basic Probate in Arkansas and Guiding Those Left Behind in Arkansas. Currently, Ball is admitted to practice in Arkansas, Texas, the U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of several bar associations, graduated from the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute and served on the Board of Directors for March of Dimes. Ball has two children and one grandchild, is an award-winning photographer and boxer and enjoys international travel and fly fishing.
