Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser - in fees, expenses, and waste of time." Dewey is a colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve. Decorations include the Bronze Star Combat V and the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal. He and his spouse, Sandy, have three children and five grandchildren, with one on the way.
